Verify Eligibility

Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all internal components such as resistors, cables, or hardware.

Request an RMA

Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the electronics in an anti-static bag or original box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.

Ship and Track

Send the package to our Bellevue warehouse using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.
